Lifeline is by far the best plumbing, heating and cooling company, that I have dealt with. I have been a homeowner for over 25 years and needless to say have used different companies through out the years. Lifeline is the very first company that I have been completely impressed with. The prices are very fair, the technicians are very friendly and extremely thorough. Everything was explained to me, in detail, so that I understood what they were going to be doing. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed on things during the process and cleaned everything up afterwards (spotless). I signed up for the monthly membership and will be using Lifeline from here on out for everything. I am one very impressed and happy customer!!!!!!
We also LOVE the new furnace and air condition. We felt the difference right away! Our upstairs ususally is warmer, but within minutes of turning on the new unit, all the rooms got cooler much faster. Overall, we are very pleased with Lifeline Plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future!
Being I'm not allowed to add another review - Lifeline made a follow-up call yesterday to address an AC issue that arose. Brian showed up and took good care of situation in a very timely fashion ... Like I said above - Always very satisfied with these folks.
Lifeline was recommended by a friend and we had a good experience previously getting some estimates from them around various jobs in the house. Their estimates were professional and reasonable. This time, Lenny showed up and helped put in a gas line for a new stove after our old stove broke. He came out on short notice and was friendly and professional. Did a great job and explained things to us along the way. Later, when the delivery company left us high and dry, Mike came out on an hour of notice and helped us finish the job by installing the gas line for our stove. These guys did a great job and we really appreciate all of their work.
Our basement had 8 inches of water in it due to a failure with an existing sump pump. Along with other issues, our hot water heater was damaged and broken. We called lifeline and they had someone come out right away which was such a relief. Brent came to assess the situation and gave us options on how to move forward. He was knowledgeable, personable and listened to us and addressed our questions with respect and patience.
We had our 90's furnace and air condition replaced with an energy efficient one. We were fortunate to have Bob and John as our technicians. They were professional, courteous, and very hard working! They worked from morning thru the afternoon removing old equipments, replacing/installing new gas/pipe lines, furnace, air-condition, and humidifier. They even cleaned up the pool of water left behind by our air condition. When everything was done, I have never seem my basement looked so clean. Bob and John were awesome! They checked everything to make sure it's working properly. They also explained how to use the unit and answered all my questions (how to use the new thermostat, clean the filter, shut offs...etc). In spite of working all day, they were always friendly, and patient with my questions ...even if it's at the end of the day . We loved the Great Customer Service!!!! kudos to Lifeline Plumbing in hiring these professional technicians!
We decided to replace the sump pump system and the hot water heater. Brent and Anthony came the next morning. Both of them were so kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I had two young children at my home with me while they did their work and it didn't affect our routine and day at all. The work they did was amazing. They even cleaned up some of the debris from the flood around the area they were working in. We are so happy with Lifeline, Brent, and Anthony and would highly recommend them to anyone we know.
Always very satisfied with these folks. Chris showed up today for our Fall furnace inspection and cleared-up a few issues that could have haunted us down the road. Very thorough and explained in laymen language what he did and what to look for moving forward with our 13-year old furnace.
