Completely exceeded my every expectation. Had my garage modified, lift installed, and all electrical work done exactly when they promised to have it complete. Every one of the crew were knowledgeable and professional, something that can be rare these days. Will do business with again.
The Garage Store removed all of our old cabinetry, repaired 60 years' worth of pitting and significantly large cracks in our concrete slab, re-leveled our garage floor to drain properly, epoxy coated the flooring surface, painted the entire garage, and designed/installed organization cabinetry and lighting.
Jim from the Garage Store was fantastic to work with and made great suggestions without trying to push additional costs, and provided us just what we needed in order to stay within our budget. His team was friendly and professional. They did a nice job of keeping the work areas clean and neat at the end of each day. They informed us about when they were starting and leaving as well as any precautions we need to take with the garage. The team made the entire process easy, simple, and quick (all completed in one week once scheduled). As the pictures show, the transformation was amazing and our garage is now one of the nicest rooms in our home. Jim's team is very service oriented. We cannot be more pleased with the work and the company!!!
Jim and his employees were awesome and explained all the options and what the best course of action would be. After the weather cooperated and warmed up (some cracks went under the door and outside) they were out right away in early spring. Even when the temperature dipped back down they let me know exactly what was going on and when they would be able to finish. They cared more about doing the job right instead of just a pay day.
This is my first experience with Garage Store. I saw a garage floor that they did in a spec home that was in The Parade of Homes in the Lake Geneva Area, and thought it looked great. I looked into two other companies that do floor coatings before making my decision, and I soon found out that while the coatings may be similar in appearance, they are very different. Garage Store uses a process that creates a mechanical bond with the concrete so you get a super durable surface. My garage floor had been painted by the previous owner, was peeling and really ugly. I had concerns that dealing with the old paint would make it difficult for them to do my floor. Not at all. They removed the paint and imperfections off the surface of the concrete with their commercial grade grinders and vacuums. My floor is now beautiful and my experience with Garage Store was excellent. These days it’s hard to find companies that are organized, communicate well, and follow up promptly to your inquiries. Garage Store did the job in the time frame promised and exceeded my expectations in all areas! I highly recommend!

You would never know my garage was the point I thought I had to gut it for new drywall and deal with the moon crater looking floor forever. Highly recommend Jim and his guys, they do excellent work.
I recently purchased a 1960s ranch and the garage was a disaster. The drywall was never mud and taped. The floor was full of deep cracks and I thought it was to the point it couldn't be fixed.
What an awesome product. After they installed my floor I had them install some cabinets and wall panels. No more items on the floor. Everyone marvels at my floor now. Worth the money to invest in the floor
